  11. Events/Activities • Manager use an Events/Activities list to post information about dates that are important for your team. • You can copy or link events from an events list to a calendar program such as Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. • Demo: Add, Edit, or Delete an Event

Announcements • Manager and Expert use an announcements list to post news, status, and other short bits of information you want to share with team members. • You can set an expiration date for an announcement. • When the expiration date is reached, the announcement disappears from the home page automatically. • Demo: Add, Edit, and Delete an Announcement
