  17. Flatten Chicken Line Process Improvement • Currently, the flatten chicken line is not as efficient as it could be. There is no standard work, and the ideal amount of labor is unknown. • The objective is to streamline and standardize the process. The handling of the product, the layout, and automated transport can be looked at for improvement. • Student Staffing: • 2 IE’s: Evaluate layout, implement standard work • 2 ME’s : Develop mechanical assist for transportation of product
