  9. Canvas: Asynchronous Email pros: "skip to content" link at the top of every page that will bypass all site and course navigation cons: inbox/ keyboard users could not select a user to send to,archive or delete messages, and could not display a thread of messages

  10. Canvas: Ease of use Calendar Pros: • intuitive • Does not use color alone to distinguish the importance of a visual element. cons: • poor navigation sequence • In feedback area insufficient contrast with grey back ground

  11. Moodle: Synchronous Communication Pros: • Provides real-time interaction • Archive of chat sessions/ not private Cons: • Editor toolbar is not fully keyboard accessible • No shortcuts for all buttons, e.g. create link, insert image etc.
