  2. Mail Groups A Site Manager can enter users into different mail groups to receive bulletins A bulletin is a message within RPMS roll and Scroll—it is NOT an email message! Are sometimes informational, but other times they indicate some action needs to be taken Users CAN delete these without taking the action, so it is important that they are looked at and taken care of promptly Site Manager needs to assign people to the groups Site Manager needs to assign groups to the bulletins

  3. Some available GMRA Bulletins: • Allergy to Verify (now EHR notification, but still requires mailman set up) • Allergy Entered in Error • P&T • Change to Sign/symptoms • Request new reactant
