What are My Administrative Roles as an Academic Staff in the University • Serve in the Departmental, School, College and any University Board or Committee • Head a course, programme, Department, School, College, or University • Meetings are necessary part of the University administrative system. • Seminars, workshops and conferences become part of life

How do I start ? • Detailed curriculum of the course • Develop a comprehensive course outline • Preparation is a foundation of a good lesson • Know your audience & their expectations • Know the location of the lecture theatre • Size of the class • We are two or more, sharing the course what happens?
