  1. SHOULD I BUY A FRONT LOAD FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE ?

  2. A washing machine is an important purchase decision for every household. Given the variety of products available in the market, here are a few doubts which arise while choosing a certain washing machine. • Which washing machine should I buy according to my family size? • Should I buy a top load washing machine or a front load washing machine? • If I choose front load, should I buy an automatic or semi-automatic washing machine? • Which brand manufactures the best washing machines? • Hence, the dilemma of buying washing machines occur. After all, it's a big investment. Given below is a brief solution to the problems that can help you make the right choice.

  3. Which washing machine should I buy: fully-automatic or semi-automatic?  Fully Automatic The Fully automatic are the ones that contain a single motor which can do both spinning, as well as washing. It does not require any manual intervention, except for putting in the clothes and filling in the detergent. The fully automatic washing machines are divided into two categories: front loading and top loading. Fully Automatic Front Load washing machine: The first thing you'll notice about these machines is that the clothes are loaded from the front side of the machine, hence the name. The washing drum sits horizontally and rotates, in the same way, to tumble and clean the clothes.

  4. Which washing machine should I buy: fully-automatic or semi-automatic?  Fully Automatic Top Load washing machine: As the name suggests, clothes are loaded from the top of the washing machine. The washing tub is installed vertically and performs both, washing as well as drying.

  5. Front Load vs Top Load: Capacity:  As there is no agitator in the centre of a front-load washing machine, it can accommodate more clothes than top-loading. Simply put, in a single round, you can wash more clothes in front-loading than in top-loading. Price:  Thefront load washing machines are comparatively expensive than the top load ones. The reason being, the front-load machines are equipped with advanced features and excellent energy efficiency. As per research, washing machines are bought only once every 7-10 years. Hence, it's worth spending a little extra.

  6. Electricity Usage:  Although, both front-loading and top-loading can be energy -efficient washing machines. However, front-load saves more energy as it's capable of washing a huge pile of clothes in a single wash, unlike a top-load one. Hence, energy-efficiency literally depends on the work-load. For instance, if you are buying a washing machine for a joint family, front-load will be a better choice. Water and Detergent Consumption:  Water-efficiency is one of the main concerns for people living in metropolitan cities.  Due to the front-load design, it utilizes half the quantity of water and detergent as compared to top-load machines.

  7. User comfort:  When it comes to convenience, generally top-load washing machines are quite user-friendly. You only have to bend while emptying the drum of clean clothes. On the other hand, the design of front-load washing machines requires one to bend or sit to load and unload clothes. However, the front-load ones can be quite troublesome for someone suffering from back problems. In a nutshell, front load washing machines save time, effort, space and money, furthermore, helps to save energy and water. On the other hand, top load machines are comparatively more user-friendly. The drawback of a front-loading machine is its initial cost, which is higher than top-loading. Click here to check out some best front load washing machines!

  8. Semi-Automatic The other type of washing machine is the semi-automatic ones. These machines have two separate tubes for washing and drying. Furthermore, they use much less water than the fully-automatic ones. In semi-automatic washing machines, wash cycles can be manually regulated to ensure energy-efficiency. One of the best parts, it's highly affordable as compared to its counterpart. However, the semi-automatic ones require extensive manual intervention. The biggest problem is the size of these machines. Due to the bigger size, they occupy much more space. Also, semi-automatic machines are only available in the top-load design. With a clear analysis, you can choose the best washing machine to meet your family's need.
