  3. Study Background • North to south transit connection through downtown is a Transit Master Plan priority • This study will evaluate mode and alignment options • Study funded with: • $900,000 Federal Transit Administration grant • $300,000 in local funding

  4. Study Goals • Identify a project that: • Aligns with City goals • Meets identified community needs • Positions the City for implementation
