  2. The Proposal Let’s Assume we want to get a house, should we: • Buy it, or • Lease it? Team 5 will discuss the possibilities and calculate the cost to get a better picture of the question “buy or lease a house”.

  3. Procedure • 1) Gather necessary data related to short term and long term loan rate, house price and lease rate. • 2) Calculate various factors that may affect long term price, such as tax and inflation. • 3) Project 30 year expenses for various house configurations at a given city. (ex. LA) • 4) Reach conclusion.
