Master Plan to develop 93 acres of farm land with 1350 new homes and a new link road to connect the A64 to A165 adopted in the Local Plan. • Regeneration of Eastfield estate, listed in top 10 of Englands most deprived estates driving greenfield development. • Land owners - Scarborough BC and Kebbell Homes, joined in a Development and Strategic Partnership Agreement • 10yrs of Stop / Start activity, challenging dialogue, changing planning policies and housing market strain. • Investment Plan for the wider regeneration of Eastfield adopted by the Parish Council and local community. 1999 to 2009

  5. New Eastfield Action Plan approved by all stakeholders replacing the Eastfield Investment Plan. • Full planning consent for phase 1 (60 ECH, 30 Affordable homes, 120 Keepmoat Homes & 62 Kebbell homes). • HCA contract signed. Keepmoat SOS ECH scheme 2012

  6. Kebbell secured GBB loan from HCA to assist delivery of infrastructure on Ha2. And capital compensation from NYCC agreed to invest in MDD infrastructure. • Keepmoat SOS 30 affordable general needs for Sanctuary Group. • SBC Cabinet approval to recycle land receipts into the wider regeneration of Eastfield. 2013

Home Group on board with HCA grant for 60 Affordable homes on Ha1. • SOS delayed due to flawed Highways infrastructure consent, Renegotiation with Highways & Planning • Secured offer £2.3m LEP for Ha1 infrastructure, commenced due diligence process. • Shortlisted for HCA LSIF funding £15m infrastructure for MDD and additional land to the West and North owned by SBC & Kebbell = additional 1150 new homes. 2014
