  3. Introduction * As theme of work, our group decided to do about rafting and bungee jumping. * We chose rafting, because it was practiced by one of us and also chose bungee jumping becauseit is a sport that requires great care.

  4. What is Rafting? * Rafting is to follow the course of a river through their falls and a fast inflatable boat. In each boat can go from 2 to 10 people plus the guide. Is this boat that participants will go down the river, amid rocks and rapids, sometimes calmly others not so.

  5. Dangers * Falls Boat happen. Instructors guide the people to be in a position to help the rescue, by cable or by rowing a rope. The boat can also flip, which still requires other techniques to return to normal position.

  10. Dangers * The bungee jumping only offers risk for people who want to invent, create different jumps. Another danger is the poor maintenance of equipment.

  11. Jump * Usually the rope is tied to the ankles, but can also be tied at the waist. The hops usually are made ​​at a height of 40 to 60 meters.
