  2. Changing from like plan to like plan Reminder – OEP for V.A. Beneficiaries: If they do not currently have Medicare Part D, you cannot place them on an MAPD. The can only be enrolled in an MA only Plan.

  4. Which Election Period do I Use? There are enrollments where more than one election period may apply. Below is the ranking of Election Periods: • ICEP • SEP • AEP • OEP And remember, if a beneficiary is on Medicare due to a disability, they are able to make a change when they turn 65 (ICEP).
