  3. Russian Academy of Sciences Institute of Problems of Chemical Physics HISTORY OF THE IPCP RAS 1931– ICP RAS was founded by academician N.N. Semenov, afterward Nobel Prize winner in chemistry (1956). 1956 – A branch of ICP RAS in Chernogolovka Moscow region was founded by Prof. F.I. Dubovitskii (F.I. Dubovitskii, Institute of Chemical Physics: history essays, Nauka, 1996, 983pp.). 1992– Foundation of the IPCP RAS.
