Faculty Senate Report March 20, 2014 • Intercampus Faculty Council: • IFC Task Force on workload policy draft report to President Wolfe • Legislature • State budget may include 3-5% increase for higher ed; we’ll know in early May • 50/50 capital projects may be approved • IT security training modules under development, IFC will review and give feedback • “Most of IT talent spends all of their effort keeping things running” • April BOC to receive report on administrative hiring (Chronicle article)
