  3. Backgrounds • 1. The Foxconn is founded in 1974 which focus on the area of computer, communication, car assembly and so on. The group has more than 900000 people around the world. • 2 .A well-known accident- 13 consecutive jumps has happened since 23rd Jan.2010 to 5th Nov.2011.

  5. Causes • 1 .Strict military management →boss centralized style explicit hierarchy • 2. Management hyper-pressure without enough sympathy • 3 unfair payment →bonus discrimination • the mainland managers who has only worked for 1,3 or 8 years has the privilege to enjoy the perk in house, bonus and so on • 4 lack of staffs loyalty • The mainland are viewed as the cheap manufacturing workshop but the employees can rarely enjoy the enormous benefits

Feasible Suggestions • As a managements: • 1.Raise the base salaryand wages, change the work Overtime system, change the payroll system • 2.Reshedule the working timetable( Rest at least one day per week) • 3.Change strict military management, be more humanized ( Allow employee communicate with each other at work, provide more flexible time, allow job rotation) • 4.Arrange more extra activities and psychological counseling courses • 5.Create a access for employees to reflect their attitude and advice toward the work, authorize more right to employees

  7. As an employee 1.Find the right way to reflect the dissatisfaction, communicate to others 2.Have a correct attitude toward the working system (company has to be efficient ) 3. Strike a proper balance between work and leisure, do not overtake the overtime work assignment , take part extra activities and psychological counseling courses
