This program is for EVERYONE – men, women, any age, any fitness level, any goals! You don’t need to be engaged in a fitness program or have a lot of weight to lose to benefit from this program. You will receive support through this ONLINE program through email and on an optional private Facebook group with daily posts, emails, reminders, recipes, nutrition tips, and access to your AFAA Certified Personal Trainer Emily Zube for Q&A. Program extends from May 2nd to May 23rd. $20 registration for competitive option – weigh in one time with Emily the first week and one time the last week of the program to calculate your % of weight loss – 3 cash prizes for top winners in May!!! Plus all nutrition benefits and support groups online to learn and focus on goals in May! $15 registration for non-competitive option – NO weigh ins – focuses on nutrition info and support groups online in May.
