Am I Normal? • Up to a tablespoon full of vaginal discharge is normal per day • Three or more bladder infections per year need further investigation • Thrush up to 5 times a year can be normal and can be treated with over the counter medication • Investigate effectively if symptoms remain: UMCS (catheter sample?) Vaginal MCS • Not all leucocytes are from the bladder • Not all painful bladders are due to infections • Not all vaginal symptoms are due to infections
