Equipment Player Responsibility • Gloves • Helmet • Pads (Shoulder & Arm) • Protective cup and athletic supporter • Sticks • May want to have 2 sticks ready for play • Cleats • Mouth guard (colored) • Goalie—SLA will provide U13, U11 & U9 • Goalie pants-pads • Any other pads for protection ( shin, arm, etc.)

  11. Parent Volunteers • All Teams need a CHILL MANAGER—also this parent would be great to help out practices when they are available. If interested and teams are announce please contact your head coach • Managers – help communication with coaches and parents, contact parents in volunteering for game score keeper and time clock, keeps all waivers, turns in forms for tournaments if you are interested please contact your head coach after teams have been announced • Games: need parents to volunteer to run the clock and keep score. YLM rules each team provide someone for the table

Try Outs U11 &U13 • May 13 & 14     U11 6:00-7:00U13 7:15-8:15Players please arrive 15 min early to warm up and receive your number. • Teams will be on the Homepage  by Friday May 16 at the latest. • Please go to team webpage for first weeks times and location of practice • If it rains, please see SLA homepage or information • Outside at Eagle Creek • Inside at West Jr. High if it rains.

Tournaments • June 28-29 - Prior Lake Tournament • U9 • U11 • U13 • U15 - This would be an additional tournament.  There would be an additional fee for this level to participate. • July 26 - 27, 2014 – State Tournament weekend pool play forlower seeded U13Bs along with jamboree games forU9 and U11. • August 1-3, 2014- State Tournament pool play for U13 teams along with jamboree games for U9 and U11. • August 9-10 - Champions of Summer TournamentU15 If your player will be gone for a vacation, please let your Coach's know the dates ASAP.  We will try to work it so these kids are split between teams.

  15. RainOut: • Great text message tool to receive messages from coaches • Once teams have been formed coaches will send an email what to text for RainOut and on team webpage • Example: 8443 text SUMU13R • (you will receive only U13 red messages)

  16. Syncing your smart phone calendar with the website Calendar • Please make sure you sync your smartphone to receive automatic updates on calendar changes (additions, cancellations, changes).  You will need to verify that your smartphone accepts iCalendar Feeds or it will not work.  Here are the steps: • Go to the Calendar on the website • Select your team from the Tag Menu (Ex: U13 Spring).  You can select multiple teams.  Make sure you don't have any unwanted Tags selected or you will get all of those events on your phone calendar • Select the "Subscribe to iCal Feed" at the bottom of the calendar • Follow the instructions from there • Any changes that are made to the calendar on the website will be automatically updated on your phone.  This also saves manually entering all of the events on your phone.
