USING THE OCE COPIER AS A SCANNER. STEP 1. PUT YOUR DOCUMENT IN THE COPIER AS YOU WOULD IF YOU WERE TRYING TO MAKE A COPY. STEP 2. FIND THE USB PORT TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CONTROL PANEL. PLUG YOUR FLASH DRIVE INTO THE USB PORT. STEP 3. PRESS THE SCAN BUTTON UNDER THE COPY BUTTON. STEP 4.

  1. USING THE OCE COPIER AS A SCANNER

  2. STEP 1 • PUT YOUR DOCUMENT IN THE COPIER AS YOU WOULD IF YOU WERE TRYING TO MAKE A COPY.

  3. STEP 2 • FIND THE USB PORT TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CONTROL PANEL. • PLUG YOUR FLASH DRIVE INTO THE USB PORT.

  4. STEP 3 • PRESS THE SCAN BUTTON UNDER THE COPY BUTTON.

  5. STEP 4 • HIT THE START BUTTON. • YOUR DOCUMENTS WILL BE SCANNED TO YOUR USB STICK.

  6. STEP 5 • WATCH THE SCREEN FOR A MESSAGE THAT IT IS SAFE TO REMOVE YOUR USB STICK. • REMOVE YOUR USB STICK. • NOTE THAT THE SCANS WILL BE IN BLACK AND WHITE.
