  4. ANNUAL MEETINGS From small to large we can accommodate your annual meeting. For smaller groups of up to 100 people, we have our Willow Room, and for larger annual meetings, we have the Arena with a stage and two 7 foot by 15 foot LED screens on either side of the stage.
