  2. Traffic Citation Accounting Transmission System (TCATS) • Department is scheduled to start receiving UTC files in ICD 6.0.1 format on January 1, 2014 • We are in the final sprint for implementation prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • UAT schedule to start in December 2013.

  3. DRC1 Migration • DRC1 system will be shut down on January 1, 2014 • All functionality that currently exists in DRC1 will be available in the CCIS or DAVID systems • Bulk transcripts will still be handled using the current FTP process • Single transcript requests will be available in CCIS

  4. Encryption • Beginning January 1, 2014 the DHSMV database will be encrypted. • If DRC1 migration is not completed by January 1, 2014, then CoC’s will be required to obtain TN3270 emulation software • FCCC has found a free source for the TN3270 software • CoC’s may contact FCCC for assistance

  5. CDL Driver Record Changes • 49 C.F.R. Part 383.5 - Establishes the definition of Conviction • 49 C.F.R. Part 384.226 – Prohibits states from masking convictions • F.S.S. 322.01 (11) – Defines conviction for CDL holders as the language set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 383.5

CDL Driver Record Changes • Beginning on January 1, 2014 the FCCC will begin to send back files for CDL drivers via TCATS error process for: • F.S.S. 318.14 (9) School Election Option • F.S.S. 318.14 (11) Judge Ordered Adjudication Withheld • Files received for F.S.S. 318.14 (10) Proof of Compliance will continue to be accepted.
