  1. Two Wheeler Dealer Brandi Miseirvitch (CFO) Olivia Martindale (CTO) Chris Hoshaw (CEO)

  2. How we got started In 1920, Chris, Brandi, and Olivia were walking in a dark alley at 4:00 am when a homeless millionaire approached them. He offered them his trillion dollar business in exchange for a bottle of Jameson. They were skeptical at first, but he begged them and they finally gave in. Today, they are the owners of Two Wheeler Dealer, one of the most successful dirt bike companies ever. (“Dirt Bike 1,” 2012)

Our Customers • Our customers are men, women, and teenagers. • Adventurous • Outdoorsy • Racers • Trail riders • Ditch riders • Mountain climbers • Safety enthusiasts • Our customers want to make sure they can have an awesome ride but still make sure we leave the smallest economic footprint on the environment. • In order to make sure we do this, we promote recycling of old dirt bikes. If a customer brings us their old bike, we will give them a new bike at a 25% lower price.

  6. Marketing Mix • Price: The pricing of our bikes is always going to be a fair price because we believe in giving everyone a chance to take part in this sport we love so much. • Place: Along with having several stores, we will also have stands at major motocross events with gear, helmets, and bikes for sale. • Promotion: We do several promotional events throughout the year. One being a free helmet with every purchase because we value safety. Another promotion we do all year long is bike recycling. • Product: We sell dirt bikes, safety gear, and anything you would need while dirt biking. (Laudon & Laudon, 2012)

  7. ERP System or CRM System? • We chose an ERP System because CRM Systems are for new or growing businesses and our business has been around for awhile. (Rudo, 2010) (“Question Mark,” 2012)

  8. Global Shop Solutions • ERP System: Global Shop Solutions • Company/Vendor: Windows ("Erp software systems,“ 2012) ("Global shop solutions," 2012)

  9. Features • A big reason why we chose Global Shop Solutions is because it has many features. A few of these are data collection and inventory. The system will keep track of materials purchased, physical inventory, and inventory management. Global shop solutions will also store order entry and invoice order history. Another perk to using the system is being able to have Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger information, and Payroll. Global Shop Solutions is compatible with a company that has repair facilities like we do. It can also be a system used with 20-500 employees, allowing our company to expand. Another feature needed when acquiring new employees is learning and educational services and training strategies. We think it is great that we have all of these features to help us with almost every aspect of our business. ("Erp software systems,“ 2012)

  10. Who uses Global Shop Solutions? • Many different kinds of companies use Global Shop Solutions. Some of these companies include aerospace and defense, oil field and petro chemical, sheet metal fabricators, machine shops, screw machine shops, and machine builders. We will use the inventory part to help us keep our inventory organized, current, and stocked. We will also use the order aspect to help us keep track of our store orders and the orders of our customers. Global Shop Solutions with help us out a lot. (“Plan,” 2012)

  14. E-Commerce Revenue Models • Advertising Revenue Model: • This model uses advertisements to bring customers in and generate revenue. We will use this model by putting up advertisements wherever we can. We will have public advertisement within our community such as billboards, posters, and commercials (radio and television). For our online store, will we make online advertisements that show up on pages people visit such as Facebook. • Sales Revenue Model: • This model uses the selling of goods, information, or services to customers. We will use this model to generate revenue by selling our dirt bikes and gear to customers. This will be our goods. We will also use our service of bike maintenance to help raise revenue. (Laudon & Laudon, 2012)

  15. Web 2.0 Technologies • Atendy: • With atendy we can create, edit, and manage events. We can make tickets, edit information such as where the event will take place and what sponsors we will have, see what guests will be attending, send invitations, send emails, and add speakers. On the day of an event, we can use atendy to check in guests. ("Atendy: Event technology," 2012) • TubeRadio.fm: • This technology lets users find, listen to, build, and share playlists of music. Since we want music to play in our stores while people shop, we will use TubeRadio.fm to make playlists of music that will go with our store and play them throughout the day. ("Tuberadio.fm: The youtube," 2012)

  16. Web 2.0 Technologies Continued • Flixya: • Our company influences our customers to share videos/photos of riding dirt bikes . The best video’s will be rewarded with incentives, and the possibility of their video being used in one of our advertisement commercials. This incentive will bring more customers to our business and create more revenue. (Flixya Entertainment, 2010) • Erly: • We use Erly for every huge event that we host. From racing events to discounted dirt bikes and clothes. This technology has been a great tool for our company because it keeps our customers informed with upcoming events which keeps customers loyal to our company. (Erly, 2012)
