  5. 課程融入 1.配合課程發展：以走動式學習及探索體驗拉高學習視野。 2.根據課程綱要，藉由參訪、交流及實務學習體驗，落實學術及專業內涵。

  6. 鼓勵學生參與活動規劃 1.培養學生宏觀視野及聚焦核心議題的能力 2.訓練學生掌握趨勢及理性分析的態度 3.鼓勵學生主動溝通、蒐集訊息，培養參與、 思辨、負責及尊重等公民素養。
