  3. How does VMS work?The Candidate • From apprenticeships.org.uk Candidates can search to find vacancies • Register to have their own area • Create and store a reusable application form • Apply for a vacancy • Monitor and track their applications • Get help and support when necessary

How does VMS work?The Employer • Employer Links with an LSC approved Training Provider • No administrative burden • The Provider will agree the vacancy content and conditions • The Provider will put vacancies on the National Vacancy Matching Service • With the employer, the Provider will monitor and track vacancy applications

How does VMS work?The Employer • The Provider will sift applications with the employer • The Provider will manage the communication and interview process as agreed with the employer • The Provider will manage the unsuccessful Candidate process • Help and support on-hand throughout the process • Or employer vacancy applications can be routed via a weblink to the employer’s HR site
