History • Started by two brothers Darren and Dylan wells • Planted too many pumpkins • Decided to sell extra pumpkins • Autumn Harvest is the largest supplier of mini pumpkins and gourds.
Pumpkins • Jack Be Little • Our most popular miniature pumpkin! Has a medium orange coloring with deep ribbing. Averages 3-4 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. • Li’l Pump-Ke-Mon • These are white pumpkins with orange striped light ribbing. They average 4-6 ½ inches in diameter and 3 inches tall.
… Pumpkins… • Baby Boo • Ghostly white with deep ribbing. The Baby boo’s average diameter is 2.5 to 3.5 inches and approximately 2 inches high. • Wee Be Little • Medium to deep orange in color, approximately 3-4 inch globe. Looks most like a miniature Jack- o- lantern. A wonderful decoration for around the house!
Mixed Bags! • Mixed Pumpkins • Cannot decide which pumpkin to order? How about our pumpkin mix that includes 6 Jack-Be-Little’s, 6 Wee Be Little’s, and 6 Baby Boo’s • Mixed Gourds • A range of color, size, shape & textures. Varieties in the mix include small ornamentals, Fancy Warted, Crown of Thorns, and Autumn Wings & Galaxy of the Stars.
Pumpkin Prep! Customers can chose the type of processing they want. Below are the different process types! • Natural • Each pumpkin is washed and thoroughly cleaned and inspected before it ever reaches the customers hands. • Waxed • Any of the pumpkins (except for the Baby Boo’s) can be ordered with a wax coating giving each and exceptional shine. • Field Run • Bulk products can be purchased with field run processing. This means the product is fresh picked out of the field with no other processing involved.
Squash • Delicatta Squash • Delicatta Squash have a sweet potato-like flavor. They are three inches in diameter and six to eight inches long, cream colored with green stripes down the fruit. • Kabocha Squash • Kabocha’s Squash weight is around ten plus pounds bluish-gray color. Very hard shelled, the flesh is a deep orange color, thick, very sweet, dry and fine grained.
…Squash… • Acorn Squash • Acorn Squash produce two pound, glossy dark green, acorn-shaped fruits with a small seed cavity and pale orange flesh. • Spaghetti / Pasta Squash • Spaghetti/Pasta Squash are shaped like a cylinder, eight inches long, weighing about four pounds, smooth and yellow in color
…Squash • Butternut Squash • Butternut Squash are light tan, seven to nine inches long with a thick neck and a small seed cavity. The flesh is a wonderful, bright orange.
