So over the next five years the German economy recovered well By 1929 iron, steel, coal production all up THE GOLDEN YEARS??(Stresemann) On the other hand Whilst unemployment went down at first after 1927 it began to rise again Germany’s recovery relied heavily on foreign loans- if they were withdrawn........ Also Stresemann's actions were unpopular the extremist parties such as the Nazi’s
