  5. Refrigerant Charge Verification Using digital manifold gauges, HERS rater will verify if any defects in the newly installed or existing air-conditioning system is present.

  6. Fan Watt Draw Test In order to avoid increased energy usage due to low airflow, the fan wat draw test will allow the HERS rater to verify appropriate airflow compliance.
