  12. AA Requirements(HSC, 25503 (c) & (d)) • All AAs Must Establish an Area Plan • 3 Year Review – Certify to OES • Forward Substantial Changes to OES • Within 14 Days • Currently OES is Only Reviewing Plans for Required Elements – Not Adequacy.

New Legislation SB 391 – Pesticide Drift • Added Section 12997.7 to the Food and Agricultural Code • Cal/EPA establish Area Plan pesticide drift protocols • Pesticide data access • Emergency response actions • Health care access • CUPAs must incorporate protocols in next Area Plan update (3 year requirement)
