  6. COMPETENCES • 1. INDUSTRY 4.0 IMPLEMENTATION • Industry 4.0 system has been implemented into our organization. With this revolutionary system, data can be collected from processes and changed into information which can be obtained by all participants simultaneously.

  7. 1.INDUSTRY 4.0 Thanks to this technology, the flow of demand, supply, production processes and logistics operations can be monitored effectively. Moreover, robotic processes, servo motor programming, PLC programming can be counted as the system’s abilities. By the establishment of Industrial 4.0 into our organization, we reduce exploitation of natural resources, increase productivity, reduce energy consumption and integrate third parts into the flow of product.

  8. 2. CARBON FIBER WEAVING TECHNOLOGY Thanks to their unique properties, carbon fibers are lighter in weight and stronger than metals. Therefore, carbon fiber reinforced composites, can be found in many industries such as aerospace, aeronautical and civil engineering. Bearing this in mind we are now opening our gates to carbon fiber weaving technology. In the near future we will start production of carbon woven fabrics for composites.

  9. 3. BICOMPONENT FIBER TECHNOLOGY Material science is another field which should not be underestimated. By combining different materials with different properties a new product with superior properties can be achieved. The combination of different fibers enables us to produce functional yarns with superior ability which is also called as bicomponent yarns.
