Swimming and Diving

The NFHS Uniform Criteria for swimming and diving outlines the specifications for competitors’ attire. A uniform consists of a suit and optional cap(s), which may display competitor names, numbers, or mascots. Advertising is restricted to specific logos, while a single manufacturer's logo must not exceed 2.25 square inches. Competitors may also wear American flags and approved patches. This guide clarifies acceptable and illegal uniforms according to rule 3-3-2, ensuring adherence to standards for competitive integrity.
