Summary • Lecture summary Dick Jansen • Experience in the Netherlands with the Seveso II guideline. • The implementation of the Seveso II guideline in the Netherlands requires attention on legal issues, technical interpretations and capacity of the authorities. The experience build-up with operators as well as the involved authorities requires a period of several years. • A “center of expertise” was founded for supporting the authorities in technical questions and risk analysis. dick.jansen@dhv.nl
