ข้อเสนอแนะ • การจัดซื้อร่วมจังหวัดและร่วมเขตดำเนินการ ไม่ใช่อยู่ในช่วงปีงบประมาณที่ดำเนิน และรายการที่ดำเนินการจัดซื้อร่วมก็อยู่กลุ่มรายการยาที่โรงพยาบาลใช้น้อย • อัตราสำรองเคยสำรองไว้ที่ 2 เดือนพบว่ามีปัญหายาขาด และองค์การเภสัชกรรมที่เป็นบริษัทที่โรงพยาบาลสั่งซื้อมากที่สุดมีปัญหายาขาด และไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้าโรงพยาบาลจึงได้เปลี่ยนการสำรองยาเป็น 3 เดือน จึงช่วยลดปัญหายาขาด
