  2. 2007 Goals Wrap-Up • 2007 Annual Validation.Done. • Examine ways to accommodate extreme events in Settlement process.Closed pending the use of Advanced Meters to provide more frequent readings such as daily reads.

Demand Response Update • PRR736 is on hold at PRS and LPGRR027 is on hold at PWG until a complete Impact Analysis can be completed. • TOU language in LPGRR027 is being moved to a separate LPGRR029. • Market Rules and ERCOT Legal said the 150 day notice can not be waived based on current language. • Market Participants and ERCOT are asked to evaluate how much time is needed to implement system changes so an accurate timeline can be crafted. • COPS formed a Demand Response Task Force DRTF to build requirements for DR Programs by Feb. 2008. • ERCOT Staff is building a complete list of discussion items and questions for the DRTF. • DRTF met last on December 18, 2007.
