  2. We all know that outside drinks are not good for our health, but still we consume those drinks only for their delicious taste. That’s why here we have some delicious and healthy drink recipes and their benefits. Hope you guys like it and you all enjoy these great drinks.

  4. The first benefit is that it hydrates the complete body by fulfilling the lack of water. Cucumber contains a good amount of water. Due to the wonderful taste of and benefits of cucumber, it can be a great alternative to soft drinks and sugary drinks. It contains a lot of minerals and vitamins like vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin k and B6. It contains calciums, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium also. Small wonder that cucumber water is a favourite drink for people who want to go on a fast diet. An infuser bottle is a perfect device for making this, or any kind of infused water.

  6. First of all it is a great refreshing drink . Lemons are rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. They have been used for medicinal uses and beauty benefits also for centuries, and were once thought to have healing powers and protect against poisons. Lemon is such a great source of energy and it is used to lose weight . Lemon contains citric acid.

We made a big pitcher and then used it as a fun drink replacement for soda. This strawberry water is best with a little sweetness, otherwise it tastes very tart and flat.
