We use many dishes for breakfast but all of them are not good for our health. When we wake up in the morning the first thing we need is a good drink.<br>So it is very important that we take care that we start our morning in the right way. We have some drinks with which we can start our morning in a healthy way.<br>

  2. We use many dishes for breakfast but all of them are not good for our health. When we wake up in the morning the first thing we need is a good drink. So it is very important that we take care that we start our morning in the right way. We have some drinks with which we can start our morning in a healthy way.

  3. 1.Lemon Tea

  4. Generally lemon tea is very beneficial for our health. Lemon tea has a very high capacity to hydrate. Due to the high amount of vitamin C in lemon tea, it has many benefits as it helps in reducing Obesity, to bring glow to the skin, to maintain the digestive system properly, and hot lemonade also helps in eliminating chest infection. Hot lemon tea also helps in making our liver healthy, it removes toxins from our body.

  6. Pomegranate has been used for centuries as a medicine. Pomegranate juice is powerful and inflammatory as it has a high concentration of antioxidants.Pomegranate seeds get its red colour due to the antioxidants present in it. Pomegranate has a higher level of antioxidants as compared to any fruit juice.`It contains more than hundred phytochemicals. Pomegranate juice helps you to stay fresh throughout the day, it also helps in increasing blood cells. A perfect amount of vitamin C is found in pomegranate juice, which fulfills our daily requirement. Regular use of this juice may protect us from many diseases, like cancer, Arthritis, heart diseases, blood pressure etc.Pomegranate juice strengthens the digestive power and gives the body a strength to fight against diseases.

We all talk about having protein in our breakfast, but in general, the amount of protein in our food is very less.Blueberry shake is a great source of protein, with this drink we can start our morning very well. Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants which help us to fight with disease. They are also a good source of vitamin C. Dates are just like small balls of energy, they are rich in invented sugar.This drink keeps us energized throughout the day. Dates are rich in vitamin B6.

  10. Tomato is a very long used fruit, it contains many healthy nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Tomatoes are a good source of vitamin K, potassium and folate.When tomatoes become mature, they turn red, otherwise tomatoes are available in yellow, orange and green also. It contains vitamin A,K, B1, B2, B3, B5,and B6 along with minerals like magnesium, iron and phosphorus. Tomato juice prevents high cholesterol and contains vitamin B3 which is known to stabilize cholesterol. Tomato juice is especially used for weight loss. The fiber in the tomato juice keeps the liver healthy, due to which there is no problem in the digestive system.

  12. Peach smoothies are loaded with vitamins like vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, fiber, protein, carbs, fats, copper and potassium. Peaches may help to increase digestion health. A study shows that having peach smoothie everyday in your breakfast can improve heart health. Skin health remains due to the beneficial effects of peaches. Peaches have found two types of antioxidants which have anticancer properties. Drinking peach smoothie daily at breakfast reduces the risk of breast cancer by 41% in women over the age of 26.If the allergic symptoms are visible, then using peach gives quick relief in it.

Green tea is considered to be very healthy as it contains a lot of antioxidants.It increases hydration and helps in eliminating diseases. Many vitamins and minerals are found in green tea, which are very beneficial for the body. It maintains the functions of the brain and also helps in weight loss. It is a great source of boosting memory. It is very helpful in burning calories. Green tea relieves many diseases such as breast cancer and prostate cancer. Green tea controls bad breath and keeps you fresh throughout the day. This is not the only benefit of green tea, it also prevents diabetes.

  16. Almond milk has been drunk since time immemorial. It has a nutri and creamy texture similar to the regular milk, but its taste promotes as this milk has almonds. Because of this reason it is very popular with everyone. This milk is very easy to make at home. Almond milk contains Vitamin D, protein, fibers and nutrients which make it more popular. The good thing is that it is low in calories. It means that we can drink it a lot without the risk of weight gain. HomemadeAlmond milk doesn't allow diabetes to spread. Almond milk is great for healthy bones, to keep the mind sharp.It may reduce the risk of heart disease.

Beet juice may help in low blood pressure.Researchers found that people who drank 250 milliliters of beet juice daily lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. According to a study drinking beet juice boosts physical performance. A study shows that people with heart failure experienced a 13 percent increase in muscle power 2 hour after drinking beet juice. Beet juice is low in calories and virtually has no fat. It is a great option for a morning smoothie.

Cranberry juice is the best way to get rid of an infection. The risk of heart problems will increase after menopause compared to the risk in all other groups of people in the same age group. Some chemicals in cranberries may help fight against viruses and bacteria.

Some people also use it as an energy drink because this drink is rich in fiber, nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It contains the highest amount of vitamin C. This drink may have a high amount of antioxidants which proves to be very beneficial for our health. A study has shown that the body of a person who drinks orange juice daily may get a rich amount of antioxidants. This drink improves heart health and may even prevent kidney stones.
