  1. Wednesday 19th March 2014 Run/walk the Millburn Mile for sports relief on Friday 21st March. Medals and t- shirts for all winners in each boys/ girls age group race. All year groups Expiry date: 21/03/14

  2. Sport Relief Sport Relief is on Friday 21st of March. Each year has a different theme and can dress up as anything to do with their theme. Cost £1 to dress up and £2 not to. 1st years - Football 2nd years – Tennis 3rd year – Basketball 4th years –Hockey 5th years –Surfing 6th year – Rugby Teachers - Golf All year groups Expiry date: 21/03/14

  3. Library The library will be CLOSED to all pupils from periods 2 – 4 today, including break, as it is being used for the P7 transition event. All year groups Expiry date: 19/03/14

  4. Sport Relief Beat the goalie on outside!! £1 for 3 shots! (Outside PE) SIGN UP TO LEARN TO FENCE AT LUNCH! Professional tuition!! LIMITED SPACES (Drama Studio) Bake sale at break!! Teacher vs Pupils Dodgeball. Pay £1 to play and 50p to watch in the gymnasium High jump competition at lunch!! Prizes for highest jumper!! (Dance Studio) SIGN UP IN PE!!   5. Sport Relief SIGN UP TO DO BUBBLE FOOTBALL!! First come first served after you complete the Millburn Mile!! £2 per person. (Games hall) 50p to watch! £1 raffle tickets sold throughout the week to get a place on a team at lunch!! LIMITED PLACES!!! All year groups Expiry date: 21/03/14

Times for the Millburn Mile At the beginning of the period you should report to your class teacher for registration and then make your way to the front of the pavilion for a warm up.Leave all valuables in the classroom. Anyone changing into running gear can use PE changing room 7 for boys and 8 for girls. S1/S2 – Period 2 S3/S4 – Period 3 S5/S6 – Period 4 All year groups Expiry date: 21/03/14

  7. Mock Referendum The mock referendum week is designed to educate future voters on both sides of the independence debate. Throughout the week commencing 24th March there will be an independence debate for every year. There will be stalls in the social area giving out freebies and information. Ask the reps questions and get involved!! Voting is on Friday 28th March. All year groups Expiry date: 28/03/14

  11. Talent Show Tickets Now on sale in the social area at break times. Show tickets cost £3, with the money raised going to support Rebecca Thomson’s World Challenge India visit. The Talent Show is this Friday, 21 March, doors open at 5.45pm. All year groups Expiry date: 21/03/14

  19. Bridging The Gap: Tour Guides Please check the notices on Mrs Gillies’ door (Room 209) to see when you have to report to the hall TODAY. You should meet Mrs Gillies IN the Hall at the appropriate time. You will need to remember which tour number you are taking. This is also on the notices on the door.   22. Public Speaking Competition S3 pupils attending the ESU public speaking competition on Saturday MUST attend a brief meeting on Friday at 1.10pm. Miss Cairney S3 Expiry date: 21/03/14

  23. Bronze DofE Meeting A short meeting to reorganize expedition groups will take place on Monday 24th March from 12.45-1 pm in the gym – all must attend.
