PSM Cycle:Ensuring rational use of medicines 2.6 Ensuring rational use of medicines • What strategies will be used to encourage initiation of, adherence to and compliance with treatment (e.g., use of fixed dose combination drugs, once-a-day formulations, blister packs, peer education and support, length of treatment, etc.)? • Is there a system for monitoring adverse drug reactions and drug resistance? If yes, describe briefly how the system works. If no, describe plans to establish a system.
