Race Times • 8:20 7th grade boys/girls 1 mile (unlimited entries) • 8:40 8th grade boys/girls 1 mile (unlimited entries) * • 9:00 JV Girls 4K (unlimited entries) • 9:30 JV Boys 5K (unlimited entries) • 10:00 Varsity Girls 4K (10 runner limit) • 10:30 Varsity Boys 5K (10 runner limit) • 11:00 C Team Girls 4K (unlimited entries) • 11:30 C Team Boy 5K (unlimited entries) • Awards to follow

  3. Teams in Attendance • All Shawnee Mission Schools • All Olathe Schools • Lawrence • Lawrence Free State • Leavenworth • All told these are the some the best teams in the State of Kansas and we are one of them!!!

  4. Transportation • Be at North by 6:45 • We will leave North by 7:00 AM. • Dress Warm as it will be chilly in the morning when we get there. • Bring extra socks and dry clothes. • Please Remind your family and friends that there is a $7 entry fee to the meet and a $5 fee if you are a student.

  5. Final meet of the Season for Some • After this week, only the top ten will continue their season. • All equipment for those whose season is done is due next Thursday at 2:45 October 17th , 2013 at the XC equipment storage room across from the girls locker room. • Each uniform piece should be washed and dried. You are responsible for any lost or damaged equipment. The Team T-shirt is yours to keep. Be sure to bring your bag as well. • You are however still a part of the team and we could use your support at Regions so come out and cheer us on.

  6. Practice This Week • Practice like you want this very badly. • We are in the hunt here and can score points in the League standings.
