  11. After doing all exercise, If still modem power LED is not glowing field visit is required

  12. After restarting the modem & checking the cable ,If Still RX is not coming up field visit is required

  13. After restarting the modem & checking the cable ,If Still SYN is not coming up field visit is required

  14. After restarting the modem & checking the cable ,If Still CON is not coming up field visit is required

  15. Check ping Connectivity from PC to gateway IP If it’s not pinging , Check LAN cable connectivity from PC to HUB

  16. If all indication in the modem are ok except PC, Pls. call PC vendor to check it !! If all Indication are ok & still not able to browse , Pls. call PC Vendors !!

Please follow the below method to report complaints on Direcway4020 VSATs/Skyblaster360e.1) Please call toll free number 1600-11-2489 at MES and talk to the NIC Helpdesk/HECL/Bharthi to report the problem. 2) Please do give the details of the problem and site details to the Helpdesk. 3) If toll free number access is not available at your site then please try to do STD 011-24361579/24366680/24366823. 4) You can also send mail to helpdesk@nic.in, nichub@bhartibroadband.com , ftdma@alpha.nic.in 5) You will be given a complaint number/Ticket number from the helpdesk with respect to you complaint. 6) you can refer to this complaint number/Ticket number for finding out the status of your complaint. 7) Depending on the nature of the problem the NIC Direcway Group will do the needful either by assisting you on phone     or mailing you the required information or escalating your problem to HECL/Bharthi customer support .Information to be told/sent while reporting the problem:(please keep this info handy always)1) Site ID: (eg:MPSEH_G001)2) IP Address of gateway:3) Name of the person reporting the complaint:4) Name of site: (district name):5) State:6) Phone numbers:7) E-mail id :8) Nature of problem (brief description):
