  5. 3 uses of oxygen • Oxygen is also used in some medicines to treat respiratory disease. • It is part of the ozone layers which helps protect us from the ultra violet rays of sunlight. • It is used in many of the Steele industries for this purpose.

  7. Brief description • By depleting atmosphere oxygen levels to very low levels using reactive oxygen scavengers within an impermeable enclosure, a modified atmosphere composed almost for nitrogen can be created.
