  5. Rhinosinusitis headache • Diagnostic criteria: pain in head, face, ears or teeth • Clinical imaging evidence of an ARS • Simulataneous onset of headache and rhinosinusitis • Headache lasts < 7 days after remission or successful treatment of ARS

  6. Chronic Rhinosinusitis Major factors • Facial pain / pressure • Facial congestion / fullness • Nasal obstruction • Nasal discharge • Hyposmia • Prulence in nasal cavity • Fever: only in Acute cases
