That is why I am sharing a detailed post on Diabetes with you on The best Hindi Blog for Quotes,Inspirational stories, Whatsapp Status and Personal Development Articles today. Before knowing Diabetes Symptoms, we briefly know what happens to diabetes and what the two major types of it are. What is diabetes? Diabetes is a disease in which the amount of glucose (blood sugar level) in the patient's blood is higher. There may be two reasons: Your body is not producing enough amounts of insulin. Or Your cells are not reacting to the insulin being produced. Two major types of diabetes: Type 1 diabetes: In this, the body stops making insulin and the patient has to give insulin through injection.

  2. Type 2 diabetes: Body insulin makes it but our cells do not respond to it. Most people have type 2 diabetes only. 10 Diabetes Symptoms in English Signs of Diabetes Symptoms / Sugar 1. Hunger and Fatigue: Your body converts the food you eat into glucose, which you use for your cell energy. But your cells need insulin to bring glucose in. If your body does not make enough insulin or even makes it, then your cells resist it, then glucose cannot penetrate cells and you do not have energy inside. Because of which you feel hungrier than normal people and you feel tired and tired. 2. More urination and thirst: On average, one person pisses 6-7 times a day, but if you have to urinate more frequently than this, then you may have diabetes. Diabetes Symptoms in English What happens is that due to diabetes, the level of the pulse in the blood gets more than normal. When this happens, the body tries to remove excess sugar from the body through urination. Because once the urine is too low, the level of sugar in the blood does not decrease; the body then puts the kidney on the job to remove excess sugar. The kidneys make frequent urine by filtering the blood and the diseased person has to urinate frequently. 3. Drying and itching: Since diabetic person has urine repeatedly and it is formed from the fluid present in the urine body, therefore the lack of moisture for other things is reduced. If this happens you can feel dehydrated. Due to lack of water in the body, the mouth starts drying and the lack of moisture in the skin can cause itching to dry the skin. 4. Blurred vision: As we know, to remove extra sugar from the body, our body dilutes blood, for which it uses fluids in the body. Sometimes, due to the movement of fluids, some fluid goes into the eyes of the lenses, causing the lens to swell. Due to the flowering, the shape of the lens changes and it is not able to properly focus. That's why things look blurry .Sometimes it is opposite, i.e., the fluids in the lenses is pulled, and even then the shape of the lens gets deteriorated and things look dull. 5. Loss of weight suddenly: If you are losing your weight unintentionally, this can also be a symptom of diabetes. This is most commonly found in Type 1 diabetes but occasionally it is found in type 2.Actually, due to

  3. the lack of insulin, the glucose present in the blood is not able to reach the body cells and cells cannot use glucose as energy but the body needs energy so that it can get energy fat And the muscles seem to burn. Obviously, this happens when body weight starts decreasing rapidly. 6. Nausea and vomiting: When the body burns fat to meet its energy needs, then it also produces "ketones". Ketones can increase your blood to dangerous levels, due to which you may feel stomach upset and you may complain about nausea and vomiting. 7. Yeast or Fungal Infection: Glucose is high in the diabetic person and glucose is needed for yeast to thrive. Symptoms of Sugar Diabetes So if you are having yeast infections repeatedly, then this may also be a symptom of diabetes. Generally, these infections occur in these places: Between the fingers Under the breast Around sex organs and thighs Related: Allergy: Causes, Symptoms and Treatment 8. Loss of wound: If one of your wounds is taking longer than normal, you may have diabetes. Actually, due to diabetes, the amount of glucose increased in the blood can gradually affect your nerves, so that the circulation of blood in the body is not done properly. In such a situation, even in the right place, blood does not reach the right amount, as well as supply of oxygen and nutrients coming along with it. Because of this, it takes more time than necessary to recover the wounds. 9. Feeling tearing / hands and feet in hands Early symptoms of diabetes if you have diabetes and you do not control it for a long time, and then it can damage nerves (nerves) which are called diabetic neuropathy. Hands and feet send signals only with the help of these nerves. But due to the damage done to the nerves, the signal cannot be passed properly and you feel tingling in the hands and feet. 10. Gingival lesions and swelling

  4. Diabetes can weaken your ability to fight microbes, due to this increase in your risk of infections in the bones that tighten your gums and teeth. In this way, your gums can be removed from the teeth, your teeth may get loose, or your gums may cause wounds, pus or swelling. Source- https://www.healthsagar.in/
