About I loved the intimate nature of this retreat, as Mila took us through guided meditations, yoga, sound healing, creative expression, group sharing, exercises in letting go of what no longer serves us, reiki sessions, massage and sacred plant medicine ceremonies, all focused on self healing and expansion of consciousness Mila is a truly special, beautiful soul, very connected to Spirit and all who come to heal with her. This retreat exceeded my expectations, especially the sacred plant medicine and Temazcal (sweat lodge) spiritual rebirth ceremony with a wonderful loving shaman after swimming in a beautiful cenote and Mila taking us through a peaceful guided meditation; truly an experience I’ll never forget! Thank you Mila!
