If it is oily and you must wash your hair every day, use a shampoo made for oily hair. After shampooing always use a good conditioner made especially for your type of hair. Put on conditioner from the root to the tip of your hair. Run your fingers through your hair to distribute it and detangle your hair. You can prevent Hair loss by using the organic products relevantly. If you leave in conditioner while washing your body, it will work even better. If you color your hair, you should use a shampoo formulated for colored hair. Washing out your shampoo and conditioner is important. Your hair should not have any shampoo left. The way to test this is to press water out of the hair until it gives a little squeak. Then you know all the shampoo or conditioner is out of your hair. If you don’t do this, the residue will build up and make your hair look dull. Don’t rub your hair when drying or it might break. Blot it or try a wraparound towel. A wide toothed comb detangles your hair.

For both types of hair a styling product works to keep your hair in place, but you can also use hair spray lightly. To keep your hair styled and healthy you need to get it cut every six to eight weeks. This keeps it healthy looking and shining. It is also very important to eat right. When eating the right foods your hair will show it. Chicken and salmon are excellent as are blueberries, Greek yogurt, walnuts, eggs, sweet potatoes and spinach. It is also a good idea to take a vitamin supplement with biotin, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin B5 and Inositol according to experts. Of course, always check with your health professional before taking any supplements. You can also find these in foods. Biotin is found in brown rice, Bulgur, green peas, lentils and brown rice. Vitamin A is in carrots, spinach, peaches, krill oil and cod liver oil.
