Recertification Request Follow the steps below to initiate your “Recertification Request” at the end of the year From “My Account” open “My Settings” and the screen shown to the bottom left will be displayed Click on “Certs” to open your Certification screen showing current certifications and your recertification request for 2012 Click the “Recertification Request” button to initiate next year’s certification • CAUTION!!! • Do not click the “Recertification Request” button until all work records are entered • October 15th is the deadline for submitting this year’s work record and requesting recertification for next year
