The Check-In-Check-Out (CICO) system is a targeted intervention designed to enhance student behavior through frequent, positive feedback from teachers. CICO is implemented as a first-tier intervention, with students checking in with a designated greeter each morning, receiving daily progress reports (DPR), and checking out before leaving school. This program aims to foster student motivation and improve overall behavior with regular feedback throughout the day. Additionally, parental support is encouraged through signatures and feedback. Effective implementation relies on continuous data tracking and communication.
