Collaborative Program & Initiatives (CPI) • Aims to connect residential staff to students in meaningful, deep ways and create healthy communities at the floor, building and neighborhood levels. • CPI requires that we engage with Neighborhood partners in intentional ways. • Ties into the concept of B.A.S.I.C • CPI Model provides weekly engagement opportunities for freshmen from the moment they arrive to campus to mid-October.

Bulletin Boards • Community Connections • Events/Welcome • Academic Resources/Theme • RHS Postings • REMEMBER: If your bulletin boards is ripped down, you are expected to document the vandalism and have a background up within 48 hours; the board

Planning your programs • Step 1: Survey needs of residents • Step 2: Look at resources available to help meet these needs • Ex. Spartners, Students Organizations, etc. • Step 3: Develop program • Note- Program should fall under one of the Residential Pillars
