  • Every client is provided with a 16-point contact system to ensure constant and reliable communication throughout every step of the mortgage process

  • Weekly update call to the client and to both real estate agents involved in the transaction, so you never have to call us to find out the status of the loan

  • All referred clients from Strategic Alliance partners will be contacted within 1 hour of the referral

  • Client is provided loan options within 24 hours of the needs analysis

  • Return call to Strategic Alliance partner within 2 hours of receiving the referral

  • Provide “Daily Communicator” to each Strategic Alliance partner every day

  • Provide post approval letter, gift and telephone call to every client

  • Customer service survey provided to every client at closing

  • Post closing letter and copy of appraisal is provided to every client

  • Pre-closing information is emailed and the client is then called for final review prior to settlement

  • Multiple sources of financing for up to 103% financing for borrower flexibility is available

  • We attend all purchase closings

  • Preferred status is provided to all purchase transactions

  • We provide a referral incentive to all current clients ($200 off of closing costs per current client referral that results in loan application)

  • A free annual review is provided to all clients on the anniversary date of their loan

  • Co-op advertising is available for all Strategic Alliance partners

  • We provide a Monday market update/Strategic Alliance partner call to keep you informed about market conditions
