实验二 人类染色体核型分析. 一、实验目的 通过实验掌握染色体核型分析的常用方法以及 G 带的带型特征 和识别技巧,初步学会识别 G 带染色体。 二、实验原理 将一个细胞内的染色体按照一定的顺序排列起来构成的图像就 称之为该细胞的 核型 (karyotype) 。核型分析有多种方法,如 G 带, R 带、 C 带等。将染色体标本用显带方法处理后,再用 Giemsa 染 色,这类技术就称为 G 分带,通过显微摄影,就可得到 G 带染色体 的显微相片。. Chromosome classification

  4. 三、实验步骤 1.先贴一张相片于报告纸上方。 2.将另一相片上的染色体逐个剪下,按丹佛和人类染色体遗传学命名的国际体制(ISCN)排列编号。粘贴时短臂向上,长臂向下。 3.在分析结果中,写出该细胞的核型式,注明性染色体。
