  2. The Sun • The sun is a star. It is the closest star to the earth.

  3. Mercury • Mercury is the closest planet to earth. It has no water.

  4. Venus • Venus is next to earth. This also doesn’t have water.

  5. Earth • Earth is the planet we live on. It has water for animals.

  6. Mars • Mars is after earth. They have a Mars rover.

  7. The Asteroid belt • The asteroid belt is a part of the solar system. It has asteroids.

  8. Jupiter • Jupiter is the fifth from our sun. It has no life.

  9. Saturn • Saturn is the 6th from the sun. There is no proven life.

  10. Uranus • Uranus is blue. It is made of ice.

  11. Neptune • Neptune is 8th from the sun. There is no life.

  12. Pluto • Pluto is a dwarf planet. It is not yet proven as a planet.

  13. Galaxy • Our galaxy is called the Milky Way. There area lot of galaxies.

  14. Stars • Stars are planets suns. The are only little from earth.
