Explore the process of vibration testing to determine the natural frequency of CINEMA, ensuring stability on a launcher with a stress margin of 10%. Get insights on accelerometer points, random vibration tests, and more. Future work includes qualifier model testing at SATREC and designing a fixture for KHU. Experience the STEIN housing fit check, harnessing wire work, and collaborate with UC Berkeley on upcoming projects. This comprehensive agenda covers testing, assembly, and preparations for future endeavors.

AGENDA • Vibration test plan for KHU • Harnessing • STEIN Housing • Future work
Process of Vibration Test Get the natural frequency of CINEMA 1st mode: 320 Hz Prove CINEMA is stable on a launcher Stress margin: 10% Decided the point of an accelerometer on CINEMA Decided Accelerometer points Random vibration test NOW
Responds Analysis <X axis> <Y axis> • Get a result of RMS value of Acceleration at the worst case • Unit level is refer to GSFC-STD-7000 <Z axis>
Accelerometer & Plan • Qualification Model will be take the Random vibration test at SATREC ( Middle of October) • We can help a vibration test if vibration test of the UHF antenna is delayed after middle of September. Secondary Primary
Design of Fixture for KHU <Bottom of TestPOD> UP Bottom <Fiixture>
STEINFlex Circuit Fit Check • Assembled the digital board • and STEIN parts (except Attenuator) • Fit check connecting wire and STEIN housing • However, connector on the digital circuit is broken. • Disassemble the STEIN assembly to repair the digital board
STEINFlex Circuit -Change the 3D modeling of STEIN Electronics Housing. 0.05 in • Extended the wall of STEIN housing to consider the flex circuit. • Make a 2D drawing
Harnessing • Work with • I made the MAGIC Harnessing wire. • Wire is twisted at 100 times.
FUTURE WORK • Harnessing in UC Berkeley • STEIN fit check (if it is possible) • Performed random vibration test in South Korea • Assemble the CINEMA with KHU mechanical team
